Refund Policy

Custom Work Is Final

Each Sosa set is cut, cast, and finished to the exact mould of one mouth. Because the piece only fits the person it was made for, we do not offer refunds, swaps, or resales on custom-made grillz once the order has entered production.

If We Made a Mistake

If your set arrives with a manufacturing fault, a plating issue, or a fit problem that traces back to our workshop, we rebuild it. No cost to you, no arguing about fault. Reach out within 14 days of receiving the set with your order number and photos and we will start the process immediately.

Mould Kits and Accessories

Unopened mould kits and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Once a mould kit has been opened or used it is non-returnable, for hygiene reasons. Damaged or faulty kits are replaced free of charge.

Taking a Bad Mould

The mould is the one thing we cannot do for you. If the impression you send back is incomplete or distorted, we will email you before production begins and send a fresh mould kit. Two kits are included at no cost. Additional kits are charged at standard rates.

Your Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. This policy sits alongside those rights and does not replace them. Sosa Grillz operates from Victoria, Australia, and any dispute arising from an order is governed by the laws of Victoria.
