Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our grillz, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Every set is handcrafted specifically to your dental impression, making each piece unique to you.

If your grillz arrive with a manufacturing defect or do not fit correctly due to an error on our part, we will remake them at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue.

All sales of mould kits, accessories, and non-custom items are final unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
