How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your grillz, choose your options, and add to cart. Complete checkout and we will send you a mould kit to get started.

How long does shipping take?

Mould kits ship within 1-2 business days via express post. Australian orders arrive in 2-5 business days. International orders take 7-15 business days.

Can I return or exchange my grillz?

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a manufacturing defect or fitting issue caused by us, we will remake your grillz at no extra cost.

How does the mould kit work?

Your mould kit includes everything you need to take a dental impression at home. Simply follow the included instructions. It takes less than 5 minutes. Send your completed moulds back to us and we will start crafting your grillz.

How long does it take to make my grillz?

Once we receive your moulds, expect 4-6 weeks for your custom grillz to be handcrafted by our expert jewellers.

What materials do you use?

We use verified gold, sterling silver, and premium materials. Every piece is handcrafted to the highest standard.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide with full tracking. International delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.

What if my grillz don't fit?

If the fit is off due to an error on our part, we will remake them at no additional cost. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
