The Sosa Promise
Every set that leaves our Melbourne bench is cast from your mould, hand-finished by our in-house jewellers, and checked against our own standard before it ships. If a set breaks on us because of the way it was made, we rebuild it. Free. For as long as you own it.
That promise runs the length of the piece, whether you bought a CLASSIC BOTTOMS set or the XSOSA VVS flagship.
What Is Covered
- Structural faults in the casting.
- Prong failure causing a stone to drop, when the stone itself was not knocked out by impact.
- Plating defects present when the set arrives.
- Fit issues traceable to our workshop, not to a mould that was taken incorrectly at home.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from dropping, biting, chewing, or sleeping in your set.
- Wear from eating, drinking, or swimming while wearing the piece.
- Exposure to bleach, pool chlorine, peroxide, or ultrasonic cleaners that run harsh chemistry.
- Alterations, resizing, or repairs carried out by anyone outside Sosa.
- Loss, theft, or anything outside our workshop's control.
How to Make a Claim
Email info@sosagrillz.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the set. Our team reviews every claim in-house. If it is covered, we ship you a prepaid return sleeve and rebuild the piece. Turnaround is usually two to four weeks from the moment we have it in hand.
Governing Law
This warranty is offered by Sosa Grillz, operating from Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from this warranty is governed by the laws of Victoria and sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
